Previously establishing advisory boards of youth in other organisations, Kate has founded The Children's Board after witnessing businesses doing better in profit and practice by accessing the valuable and untapped resource of the type of imagination and conviction only found in tomorrow's decision-makers.

Arianna is a true reflection of the vision and voice of The Children's Board. As a young teen, she is acutely aware of the blind spot that exists within today's businesses that do not value children's perspectives. Yet, it is the insights such as her's, that provide our clients their most compelling advantages.
